The Showing Pride staff wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you find the product does not meet your needs, contact us to receive a refund.

To receive a refund the product must be in new condition. Parts that have been installed, damaged, or otherwise used cannot be returned. Call to receive a return authorization number **do not return items without notifying us first.

Return requests should be received within 30 days of the item's delivery. Only part failures that occur after the 30 day period will be considered for a refund.

20% restocking applies on all returns. Unless the return was due to our mistake, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Most special order or sale items are not refundable.
